We got some pateries and there was mold on them
The menu photos were misleading—the meal looked like it included fries, but fries had to be ordered separately. The fries were not fresh, and the falafel tasted more like spices than actual falafel. The cashier was friendly and polite, but the staff member handing out the food was unfriendly and seemed uninterested. Overall, it was not what I expected.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Falafel St. Jacques on our way into Montreal from NY. The staff were so friendly and the food was authentic and fresh! Highly recommend!
I have been thinking about the Falafel Plate for years. Please open up a location downtown Montréal! Love the staff and vibe as well.

Shanny was so welcoming and had such great energy. It was our first time there, and we felt comfortable right away. She helped us choose, and we have zero regrets everything was really good. I definitely recommend this place and will come back without hesitation.
I went a few months ago.. the lady behind the counter was picking her nose, and then was serving food. I had ordered my sandwich before hand, and the food was not good. The place is not clean, the food was dry. I dont recommend
The best falafel in Montréal!
Always superb and fresh. A great selection of vegetarian meats. So many fresh salads to choose from too and all excellent. Knowledgeable about gluten free which is so reassuring. The staff and owner always make everyone feel welcome and seen.

I've had this place a few times and I think it's starting to grow on more each time... Not sure if it's the best as I have never been much of a Falafel prison to begin with..but 'm beginning to eat it more regularly, and as I try other places, it seems to stack up very well.
Nicest people with the best food. Falafel is made to order right in front of you and the shawarma is amazing.

Most incredible vegetarian fast food!!! The perfectly seasoned mushrooms used to make Shish Taouk and Shawarma would convert any meat eater. The variety of salads and condiments further enhance your plates. Plus, ready made foods to take home. Owner pride goes into everything they do. Stop by, you'll have no regrets. Delicious experience!
From Calgary and worth the 3k km trip. Get the falafel, get the shawarma, get the dessert...just get there and get something! The food, the service and the staff...10/10
Expensive, and falafel taste is not real middle eastern falafel.

Best falafel in town, no doubt about it! Service is always so friendly and welcoming. Ingredients had the Falafel wrap all dressed with a Latke. The ingredients are all super fresh. Flavors mix perfectly. Just the right amount of spice. There’s no better falafel in Montreal. I would definitely recommend!
