Service au volant took a solid 20-25 minutes (oct 18, 2025, around 13:00). Can't recommend - why have a drive-through if you can't deliver...

I ordered a club sandwich that arrived with raw, rubbery meat. A replacement was sent, but it also contained pink, undercooked meat. The delivery driver was the one who called back to inform them of the issue with the second order. When they spoke with the manager on speaker phone, they blamed me, stating the chicken is cooked for three hours and my order was the only complaint. They also said that any further replacement would be prepared the same way. This is an interesting approach to customer service: blaming the customer for expecting a cooked meal rather than verifying the quality of the food being sent out.
