I stopped by for a quick meal via the drive-thru and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite ordering a 4-piece chicken fillet, I only received three, and the requested cherry sauce was missing. The biggest issue is that the bags are secured with straps, making it impossible to verify the order’s accuracy before leaving the window. On top of the order being incorrect, the wait time was unusually long. Given the lack of attention to detail and the inability to check the food on-site, I’ll be avoiding this location in the future.

Had a disappointing experience with a drive-through order recently. A main item was missing, and because the bag was tied shut, I didn't realize it until I got home. I called and was told it would be delivered "on priority," but despite living only 5 minutes away, it took over an hour to arrive. Beyond the service, the food quality was poor. The fries tasted refried and the chicken didn't seem fresh. I’ve ordered from here before and it’s usually better, but given the price and this recent experience, I’m hesitant to return.

I visited this location recently after a poor experience years ago, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, it was disappointing again. I tried to order the $13 special displayed on their screen (valid until 3 PM), but at 2 PM I was told it wasn’t available because they hadn’t ordered the ingredients. After ordering an alternative, we waited 25 minutes only to be told at the counter that the order was never received. Once the food finally arrived, several items were missing, including the salad and the waters that were clearly listed on the order slip. Extremely disorganized service.

I phoned and ordered delivery to a nearby hotel, a basic quarter chicken dinner. The guy on the phone and the delivery guy were super friendly and got my meal to me in no time. There are no longer St-Hubert restaurants near me in Ontario so I took advantage of my stay in QC to get some. Tasted great as ever, thank you. By the way, the creamy coleslaw was delicious and I'm sure the non-creamy one is too!
