Beware ! The mandatory valet backed another car into mine damaging my vehicle and even with dash cam footage they don’t want to accept responsibility. For 10$ plus tip I didn’t think they would be playing bumper cars. Response. The incident happened jan 17 and after noticing the damage I immediately notified the restaurant and valet company. even with video proof of the valet crashing another vehicle into mine they refuse responsibility claiming the restaurant doesn't have access to their own cameras. We've been closed for over a month! How could you have had a problem with the valet service?
We don't understand your Google review, especially since we see you made the same complaint with the same arguments about downtown Prestige valet service....
That being said, our valet service is an external service not managed by the Estelle restaurant.
