This was an utterly disappointing experience: I ordered biryani and gulab jamun, but the biryani was merely vegetable rice topped with dried, stale chicken legs, while the gulab jamun was cracked and aged, offering no flavour beyond sugar.

Did an uber order for a chini combo for 1 and a naan. It wasn't pleasant. The naan was tough and leathery. And all of the dishes were sweet. The butter chicken tasted as if a packet of sugar was added. The vegetables felt like the frozen mix of peas, beans and circlr carrot coins.

Pathetic restaurant, worst food,smelly atmosphere,rude staff with too much attitude. Do not visit here,i guess all the reviews are either fake or forced since there was literally nothing which was worth a good or even a decent rating. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

Very disappointing experience. The food didn’t taste good at all and was nowhere close to the authentic Indian taste you would expect from a restaurant with this name. The service was equally disappointing, with little to no care for customer experience. When I shared my concerns with the person at the counter, all I got was an “OK,” with no apology or attempt to make things right. Definitely not the experience I expect when dining out. Both the food and customer service need serious improvement.

When we served your food, you did not raise any concerns about its taste or quality. In fact, our staff checked on your table several times during your meal to make sure everything was satisfactory and to see if you needed anything else. On those occasions, you indicated that everything was fine. Had you informed us at any point during the meal that the food was not to your liking, we would have gladly discussed the matter with you and tried to find a suitable solution. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always appreciate the opportunity to address concerns while our guests are still dining. It was only just before payment, after the dishes had been completely finished, that you informed us that you were unhappy with the food. Naturally, we were surprised, as we had checked on you several times and had been given no indication that anything was wrong. Nevertheless, we listened to your feedback and explained that we would discuss it with our chef to see where improvements could be made. Furthermore, we did not charge you for two items on your bill as a gesture of goodwill in response to your feedback.You can verify this by checking your receipt. We made this decision because we take customer feedback seriously and wanted to acknowledge your concerns, even though they had not been brought to our attention during the meal. For this reason, we are disappointed to read that your review describes our service as uncaring and claims that we simply responded with an “OK,” without making any effort to address the situation. This does not reflect the full interaction that took place or the consideration we showed by listening to your feedback and removing two items from your bill. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved the food here! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and tasted authentic. The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I came from ontario after 5 hours drive I choose to order from this restaurant and the got disappointed. The taste was worst and got wrong dish. The naan is hard as rock can’t even eat it. I waited 1.5 hour and paid $75 and look what I got. The chicken is tasteless. When I called the restaurant the owner said “I can’t do anything the food is cold because we are busy” If you can’t handle uber order please shut down your tablet. Really bad customer service.

The restaurant is in the basement. Ambience is dull. Quality of food is below average at its price. Menu is not updated with latest prices. It just says 10% price increase on the menu. Toilets are in a very bad shape and unclean. Plenty of improvement areas.

We came as a group of seven people and each ordered a different main dish which we shared. Every dish was well prepared with a good balance of spices. We all thought that the food was excellent as well as being an excellent value. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere which allowed us to have good conversation around the table.
