We visited Chicoutimi for St-Valentine and reserved a table for Friday and Saturday evenings 3 weeks in advance. The table on Friday evening was awfull. On the way from kitchen. We felt ourselves forgotten. Comparing to other tables, no decoration, no bread was given to us. One of the entre was not what we ordered and both main dishes were wrong too. We refused to eat wrong dishes and had to wait other 30min for right ones. So it was around 50min between entree and main dish. What a disastrous evening! The food was tasty though and the restaurant is very cozy. Advice: if you book a table, ask what kind of table you are assigned to. Waitresses have no power to change bad table to good one even if other tables are empty (our case). Message for the owner: you know that people are waiting for their food so long. Give them at least a bread with butter or a small entree.
