We had a wonderful family dinner here! The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was excellent. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying another meal soon.

I did not have a good experience. I just left the Monza restaurant on Boulevard Saint-Jean, and I definitely will not be coming back. It was Saturday at noon, and the restaurant was not even completely full. At first, everything was fine. The waitress was polite, served us water, and took our orders. But when it came to ordering drinks, they did not have Moretti (an Italian option — which is surprising considering we were in an Italian restaurant). I decided to order a Stella instead, my wife ordered an Aranciata, and my daughter ordered apple juice. We waited many minutes, and then the waitress came back with only my wife’s drink, saying they also did not have Stella or apple juice. I ended up ordering a local IPA, and orange juice for my daughter. The juice arrived, but the beer still took a long time. After waiting even longer, the two pizzas and my child’s pasta dish finally arrived. That was the second disappointment. The ragù pasta lacked flavor, and the pizza — which I expected to feel like being in Italy considering the price — did not even have a crust. It was completely flat. The tomato sauce tasted like the sauce from most fast-food pizza places, with a slightly sour taste. I honestly expected much more. We then ordered dessert: a crème brûlée, which was okay, and an ice cream that was already included in the kids’ menu. We also asked for the bill at the same time. Of course, the bill arrived within two minutes. I paid without checking and even left a 17% tip. While we were waiting for dessert, my wife noticed that they had charged us not only for the beer I actually drank, but also for the Stella they did not have. The crème brûlée arrived, but the ice cream never did. We informed the waitress about the extra beer on the bill. Later, she came back with $10.50, which was already incorrect because that was the price of the beer I actually drank. The Stella cost $11.50. They also did not take into account that I had paid taxes and tip on that extra charge. In the end, we just left anyway, and the children’s ice cream — which was already included in the menu — never arrived. Overall, everything felt very amateurish. We will not return.

I spoke with Kosta (the owner) to organize a special surprise party for my wife and family. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the only one of the restaurants to even give me the time of day. I liked this place before this, and now it's my favorite!

On a Saturday evening we had a large group reservation for 28 people. What a terrible experience 😵‍💫. It started by being seated 40 mins late. Only one waiter, it was terrible long. Our appetizers came after our meal was served. The pasta was dry(lacked sauce). The salmon was plenty overcooked. I will not recommend this restaurant!

I visited last Saturday at 5:30 p.m. with a large group of 30 people for a family birthday, and the experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. Service was extremely slow and completely disorganized. It took over 45 minutes just to receive a rum and Coke, and everything only went downhill from there. There were clearly not enough servers on the floor to handle customers, especially a group our size. The food was unacceptable. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted awful — the meatballs seemed like they were boiled first and then thrown into the oven, with no flavor at all. The pasta sauce tasted like watered-down canned Campbell’s soup. Completely bland and unseasoned. The lasagna was even worse. It arrived cold in the middle, as if it had been frozen, defrosted, and reheated improperly. This is not what anyone expects when dining out. By the time we finished, it was 10:45 p.m., which is ridiculous considering we arrived at 5:30. Even paying the bill was a nightmare — it took another 40 minutes just to get the payment machine after the bill was brought out. At that point, we were more than ready to leave. Overall, the food had no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. Honestly, I’ve had far better-tasting kosher food, which says a lot considering this is supposed to be Italian-style cuisine. Yes, there were nice exotic cars outside, but that’s clearly where the effort ends. The food and service do not match the image at all. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor service, bad food, and a complete waste of time.

so terrible service, we had reservation almost before 10 days for 20 persons on Sat 25 Apr at 8pm, we got our table around 8.30. our menu included appetizers, manager came and said we are sorry we can't prepare it cuz it will be late to prepare dinner, so we decided to get it with dinner, we got the dinner at 9.45. I asked for grilled salmon, I got without salt and citron, it was like am eating in hospital. I don't recommend this place at all.

After being turned down at another restaurant due to our large group, I called Monza a week before our event to try and get a reservation for 27 on a Saturday. They immediately served me with great service from that first call, and didn’t hesitate at all to accommodate our party. The night itself went very well, the service was excellent and pretty fast considering how many people we were. The food was delicious and well priced. Our entire group had an amazing night and we were very impressed by both the food and the service.

I had dinner with nine people, my cousins that I haven't seen for a long time, we decided to meet there for a quiet dinner. It was anything but quiet, I had a hard time talking to my cousin who is sitting beside me with all the noise at the adjacent table. If you're looking for a quiet spot, ***this is not for you*** For dinner I ordered the lasagna. The serving size was quite good and I would rate the lasagna out about 7 on 10. I found the meat sauce --- sweet, which is not what you would associate with Bolognese. I doubt I'll be back, not due to the food but more the very loud bar like environment.
