What a great spot in the heart of Bois Franc. So far I've had the chicken quarters with fries and salad and just now, one of the chicken sandwhiches with fries. All good. I'll definitely be a regular. If there was anything I could suggest, it would be not to cook the fries so long. Sometimes a bit on the well done side but yummy nonetheless. The place is immaculate and the service always friendly. The natas are authentic and made fresh. They are spectacular! Thanks for setting up shop next door.

Just discovered Emilia in Bois-Franc and I'm already planning my next visit. From the moment I walked in, the owner, Renato, made me feel right at home. Super engaging, genuinely friendly, the kind of welcome that turns a new spot into a neighborhood staple. The space itself is bright, spotless, and roomy, with plenty of charging outlets if you want to settle in for a bit, which is a small detail that goes a long way. Now let's talk about the food, because wow. I went for the chicken & chorizo poutine and it's hands down one of the best I've ever had. The fries were perfectly crispy, the cheese curds were generous and melty, and the gravy hit that ideal ratio without drowning everything. The real star was the house sauce drizzled on top, giving the whole thing the perfect little kick. If you're anywhere near Bois-Franc, do yourself a favor and check this place out. I'll definitely be back to work through the rest of the menu.

The service from the girl (cashier) - disgusting Maybe the owner can train her to have a better attitude. First time I went there and it will be the last, my family will not go either or my friends. I would have gone again if her attitude was decent, not even good.

Chicken is good. But the service is terrible. On more than one occasion, I have called in advance to order chickens for a group of people. I confirmed a time and even called the day of to make sure it would be ready. I go pick up food and am told I had to wait 30-45 minutes. This has happened twice now. On the third they messed up my order!! Do better.
