The lady at the counter doesn’t understand basic English and doesn’t know how to do her job. Takes one order and delivers another order. Upon questioning she argues and sends you back. We are going to file a complaint with the food authorities about this behavior.

The lady at the counter was rude. Served us the wrong order and later argued that she increased the size from S to L. What sort of behavior is this in Canada? I thought people are polite here. Also a bit done with your tipping culture. Pay your employees good and keep them motivated for serving people.

The chicken's Medeiros with salad is simply delicious 😋 every time I'm in Montreal I go to enjoy. The Mexican cashier is super friendly and helpful when she explains the ingredients.

I tried Emilia at Le Central and overall it was a decent experience. I had the Tina sandwich and it tasted really good. Definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the fries were a big disappointment. They were overcooked, had no salt at all, and just weren’t enjoyable. For a place like Emilia, they can definitely do much better with the fries. Come on guys! The Tina sandwich was solid though, and I’d come back to try some of their other options.

Purchased a Classic 2018 sandwich trio tonight and honestly, it wasn’t great. Quantity of chicken seems to have decreased over time and the bread roll was dry. This is a sandwich I’ve ordered before here, so I know how it should taste. Disappointing…. Rent at Le Central must be expensive, so I understand the need to manage costs. A better approach might be to let go of the branded plates/napkins etc and rather maintain a better quality of food for your patrons

We were there yesterday night to grab a quick dinner, and while the food was definitely above average, the bad service really impacted my rating of the place. The people served before us were greeted with a smile, not sure why we were treated differently – no smile, absolutely nothing. Felt pretty racist to me, especially the girl at the counter. Then, waited for the people before us to get their food first (as it was being made to order in front of us) before asking the guy if we could get our food to go instead (I noticed the food was being served in trays), as I recently got surgery and wanted it to go anyway. He told me I’d have to say that at the counter, which I did, and the girl sounded a bit surprised at first (like I had asked something unusual). I hadn’t said before that I wanted it to go as I saw paper/plastic containers and thought it came in closed ones, but if there’s such a big difference between making the food for here v/s to go, shouldn’t the girl at the counter be asking us what we prefer when ordering instead of just assuming?

It’s actually a great place. I used to come here and order food after the gym. The chicken rice salad was really good and always consistent in quality! The sauce was really good!

Ordered salade and fries for side and got rice and fries. It seems the female staff doesn't know basic English, only showing bad attitude. Very unpleasant experience. Train your employees better pls.

Ordered the Pacheco Bowl online and I got a partially filled bowl. Very disappointed when the pictures they advertise are completely misleading. Not worth the price.

Very good and very flavourful, i enjoyed “Le Ferreira” (chicken and shrimp) with a side of fries! Would definitely of enjoyed a little bit more salade but overall very delicious! The employees are very nice and they take the time to explain to you the menu!

Very cheap business. They try to cut costs by cutting portion sizes. This was a BOGO from uber eats which I have gotten multiple times before and the portion was never this bad. They also changed their bowls to smaller bowls. Embarrassing. Not worth it for the price. The poutine is also made with stale fries and not fresh at all.
