I placed an order on Uber. Sadly I'm very disappointed with the food quality. The lamb couscous was mehh.. I didn't have onions and pepper. It had one potato and carrots, chickpeas. It was tasteless. The Rouz Jerbi was just bad, and super dry. It has no meat just very very dry cubes of liver... the dish is not cooked or prepared the authentic traditional way. Only dry rice with dry liver. The Zgougou was ok with a thick cream layer and barely some finely ground almonds. The Frecase was just ok. They use sliced canned olives. But the dough wasn't oily, that's a plus. We had much higher expectations by relating to tge reviews and photos. But we found something different. 🤷🏽♀️ Edit: 12.05.2026 You say you tried to contact me? really? where? You did not! You simply copy paste a message you don't care. In any case, we don't want or expect anything further from you. The couscous and rice went straight to the garbage bin.
