Very nice place for a good dinner. The food was very good and massive portions, our cocktails were good and the service was on point. Reasonably priced for what you get. The spinach dip was amazing!

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The young man made sure we had all we needed and helped us decide on our choices. He added to our experience and we had a wonderful time.

It was the first time I had a fillet mignon at a restaurant and I was surprised how affordable it was with prices these days. It was delicious. I would definitely go and have it again. Fast friendly service and nice atmosphere. Although there were kids running around uncontrolled, it was a nice time. We all had a great experience and there didn’t seem to be any complaints but that may be because I paid haha. I recommend checking this place out.

“Very average experience overall. The food was nothing special, the place itself feels pretty ordinary, yet the prices are quite expensive for what you get. The service was basically nonexistent — they just drop the food on the table and later bring the bill. No attention, no hospitality. Definitely not worth the price.

"it is so bad, i wanna give you a zero but that's not possible so i give you a one". nah but fr don't have a party at this place cause rest assured they will throw a tantrum about your guests and the amount of tips they got. They got all pressed about us leaving and leaving room for more costumers but damn, chill, y'all aint even that busy.🙄🙈

I have been here twice for birthday parties and my experience from one year to the next couldn't be more different. The first time around, the service was great and so was the food. This time we had this waiter named Ryan and he was quite rude. My group and I were about 15 teenagers for my friend's 17th birthday party and once our meal was over, we all paid and tipped around 15% each. The waiter then proceeds to call over our birthday girl and verbally berate her, practically yelling at her, because we "didn't tip enough". He did this in front of all of us, not an adult in sight mind you. My friend politely tells him that she isn't going to ask us for more money, especially since we had already paid our bill and tipped. After that, he left for the remainder of the three hours we were there and we cleaned up our own table because he didn't come back. I understand that we are in an economic crisis but you don't talk to teenagers that way, or anyone for that matter. If I had to guess the cause of this reaction, it's because there was another birthday party happening next to us for a 70 year old where there were at least twice as many people. He probably saw the tips his coworker got from that party and was wondering why he wasn't getting the same. Maybe because we're all in high school. While the food was good, I will not be returning as I refuse to be treated poorly by the wait staff.

I will never go here again. It’s ridiculous, our server was aggressively berating the birthday girl about tips. First off it’s a birthday and going after a kid is pathetic, also tips are optional. Everybody tipped 15% or more, but it seemed that the guy serving us isn’t satisfied with the amount. His character was unprofessional and rude. If you have no shame in yelling at the birthday girl then you shouldn’t even get the tips that the people give. Shame on you. Regret even stepping my foot in this establishment, since everyone’s mood is spoiled.

Jessica , We would like to begin by apologizing for the misunderstanding. The birthday guest celebrated with us last year as well, and a similar concern arose at that time. For clarity, we would like to explain what occurred. When the server collected the invoices, he politely asked you and your guests whether the food and service met your expectations. We were pleased to hear that everyone responded positively. After processing the payments, however, it was noted that out of the 16 guests in the party, only four Percent gratuity, averaging significantly less than the 15% referenced in your review. We understand that gratuities are not mandatory, and we fully respect every guest’s discretion in this matter. However, it is important to note that servers are taxed on a presumed gratuity amount under provincial regulations, which can sometimes result in them paying the difference out of pocket. We do not assume that all guests are aware of this policy, and we share this only for context, and do not oblige anyone to tip a certain amount. Additionally, members of your party suggested that the server speak with the birthday guest regarding the gratuity, which understandably created the impression that a tip would be forthcoming. We were therefore surprised that the review focused primarily on the tipping matter. Given that your group stayed from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., and that positive feedback was provided during the service, we were disappointed to see ratings of 3/5 for food and 2/5 for atmosphere. If there were specific concerns about the food or ambiance, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to better understand them. Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests, and we welcome constructive feedback that helps us improve.

Went with my partner for lunch on a Sunday and it was our first time going. We both really enjoyed our food - large portions at an affordable price, and the dessert I had (bread pudding) was incredibly tasty. Being a Cheesecake Factory knock-off, the décor was ostentatious, but I think that's part of the charm. Our waitress was also friendly and attentive - we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful dinner with my family. I had the Rio Grande burrito and it was delicious, not to mention the portions were incredible! Ryan, our server was very attentive and made our experience delightful. Servers that go above and beyond really make the experience that much better. I’ve also had the Chicken Palazzo from Elixor and it was top notch. 11/10, will definitely be back!!

What a gastronmy discovery! We were greeted with a smile and advised to sit in the bar area for peace and quiet as the main dining area would become noisey with kids. We enjoyed are veggie burger with fries - I've not had such a delicious burger! The burger was substantial and the bun so fresh and tasty. A bigger colsesaw serving would be welcome. I felt slightly rushed as the waitress seemed too eager to clear the table - my few reamaining fries disappeared from under my nose :). I felt cold too. Excellent food. Thank you! The service was good, the food however was average. We were three and had a filet mignon, New York strip and a salad. The filet mignon was very good, the New York strip was a large portion size but fairly bland in taste. The salad was a complete disaster. It was not as the menu described and it took three efforts to get the appropriate peanut sauce dressing and it never happened despite the best efforts of the server. Nice atmosphere put the food was underwhelming.
