The Italian waiter didn't give us a good service. Without asking what we want for side food, he just chose himself. No connection with the clients.

Meals are tasty composed of fresh ingredients. When ordering steak, the cooking is done as ordered and thr resulting texture is excellent. Desserts are not too sweet which makes them enjoyable after a good meal. Cappuccino made with a good machine which brings the taste closer to the European taste standards. Atmosphere is pleasant and conversations can be easily held without the need to raise one's voice. Service is generally very courteous and rapid but in some cases, certain employees do not seem to priorities an amazing customer experience // experience will depend on which employee is assigned to your table. Restaurant is located in ground floor with easy access to restrooms for positions with reduced mobility. Free onsite parking

The surface and atmosphere are fantastic. The menu is varied and portion sizes are large. We were three for dining and had two steaks and a salad. Filet mignon was done perfectly. New York strip left something to be desired. The salad was a complete disaster. Not only did not meet what the menu said after three attempts to get the appropriate peanut salad dressing, we never got it. Our server tried valiantly and failed. For the price of the meal, this should have been much better.

Excellent restaurant! Definitely recommend! I had the Burrito Mojado. Very tasty, braised beef in the burrito is very tender. Flavor is fantastic. The portion is very large and filling. It also comes with a side of pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Price is pretty reasonable too (23$).

Big shoutout to Marielie!!!! She was amazing all night on very busy new years eve with our group of 13 always had a big smile and was super helpful i definitely recommend her service :) overall great experience, good food & atmosphere

This is one of the rare places I'll recommend in Laval because it's genuinely good in all aspects. Service is pretty on the nose. Food there's a lot of choice and it's mostly still affordable for what you get.

What to say about Elixor other than it's always a good choice. I really love their fried calamaris. The food selection is interesting because there's variety and the dishes are inspired from multiple countries. Moreover, the portions are very generous we were almost full after the appetizers. The staff I met there is always nice. Personally, overall the atmosphere at Elixor is really friendly and family oriented.

The quality of food is exactly what you expect for the price. food was good, taste was good, took my adult kids their for their birthdays, we were 9 people, price is very reasonable. very family oriented atmosphere. service right on

The food is phenomenal! I would definitely go back again for the filet mignon. The service was great for the most part, they just kept forgetting my mother. The atmosphere was very welcoming. We didn't make a reservation yet were seated within 20 mins. Don't forget to try one of their delicious cakes while you're there. The chocolate cake was sinfully delectable

Great service and attentiveness. Food is good. Nothing fancy but portions are generous while reasonable budget. Lots of places for large groups and you can still hear yourselves. A great place with lots of variety if you’re gathering with old friends

This feedback isn’t about the food; from its variety, taste, and presentation, there’s really nothing more to say! I’ve been coming to Elixor for about two years now, usually when I want to go out to eat and don’t know where else to go. The service has always been good, but it never really stood out until Danika started working here. The first time she served us, I was genuinely impressed by her kindness and attention to detail. Today was the second time I got to be seated in her section, and once again, her service was amazing. She’s the only one who truly serves with passion and care. Danika notices the little things even the details we might miss and always makes sure we’re happy with everything on our plates. It’s something I really appreciated and it honestly made the whole experience even better.
