I'm not sure if there's a new administration, but it seems there's new staff. The most important change, however, is the portion size. Not sure if it's because of the new packaging, but the portion definitely seems smaller, and if so, for only a dollar less...In the past I would have rated 4-5 stars, but the portion size really took me by surprise..unless it's just an optical illusion, please bring back the regular sizes! 🙂 EDIT: Looks like the portions are the same! Food is definitely as good so I’m bumping the rating, but also the rest because they did take the time to reach out personally. 👏🏾 Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The pasta was absolutely outstanding—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of rich, authentic flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly, attentive, and professional without being overwhelming. I especially loved how each dish felt homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you’re a pasta lover or just looking for a great meal, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such an incredible experience at El Pastaman Laval! From the moment I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how extremely clean and organized everything was. What impressed me the most is that I’m allergic to gluten, and they handled my order with so much attention and professionalism. They took my allergy seriously, made sure everything was prepared properly, and reassured me about cross-contamination. That level of care means everything to someone with food allergies.

Its actually one of the best PASTA IVE ever ate there. My best plate is Carbonara then the pesto... its a must to try

This pasta is completely overrated. We order the bolognese pasta and cesear salad. It tasted like Chef Boyardee. It was overcooked, sweet and starchy. The cesear dressing was pretty much mayo. I do not recommend.
