I had a really disappointing experience at Eggstatic. My friend and I were excited to try it after seeing great reviews, but the service did not meet expectations. We waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food with no updates or check-ins. Throughout the visit, the server barely acknowledged me, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and dismissive. What stood out most was that when the server finally apologized, he directed the apology only to my friend and not to me. As a Black customer, this felt particularly upsetting and left me questioning the way we were treated. Overall, the lack of communication and attentiveness made for a very poor experience. I won’t be returning.
