Eggsquis seems to be a very popular Lasalle breakfast spot. I came on a Saturday and was surprised to see that although they had many seats in the restaurant, there were only a few available. Luckily I didn't need to wait for a seat. My server was pretty busy so it took some time to take my order, but the food came out quite fast to compensate. I went for the largest and it was a breakfast mountain! Very rare that I don't finish every bite but there was just so much food. The quality of the food was average, but satisfying.

This morning, my husband and I entered this restaurant in Lasalle for breakfast. One server showed us to a table and handed us the menu. We decided on our dishes and waited for the server to take our order, but she did not come even after 25 minutes. One server came twice to refilled the coffee for the couple at the table in front of us, but she did not come to our table. Another server also came to the tables next to and behind us to give them glasses of water and coffees, but no one came to our table to take our order or even give some coffees or waters. So we looked for the manager, who is said to be the owner, and explained that no one had served us over 25 minutes, but we couldn't have no polite response or apology. It is truly the terrible service and the worst experience. My husband and I, who had hoped to enjoy a pleasant breakfast, were left in a very bad mood, and we will never visit this restaurant again.

It’s run by an amazing group of people that take really good care of you, food is super tasty, well prepared and comes super fast. It’s one of my most visited brunch places.

I recently visited for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. Compared to other similar restaurants, the quality of the food here is significantly higher—everything was fresh and delicious. What made the experience even better was the service; the waiters were incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. Considering the high quality of the meal and the great service, the prices are very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this place for a great start to your day!
