Had a wonderful brunch experience here! The French toast was perfectly golden and fluffy, and the scrambled eggs were soft and flavorful. The crepe was also delicious with a great balance of textures. Special thanks to Marc for his attentive and friendly service, he made us feel very welcome. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. Will definitely come back again!

We went because of the high number of Google reviews, but for such a small café it felt unusual. Food was very average and extremely overpriced,,, over $100 for 3 small egg dishes. The place is very basic, nothing special. Wouldn’t recommend,,, better to spend your money elsewhere.

Our waiter was the highlight of the visit, he was clearly passionate about his work and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. That kind of genuine, attentive service really makes a difference! The pancakes were absolutely delicious, perfectly fluffy and exactly what you’d hope for. The ambiance was pleasant and comfortable, nothing extraordinary, but a nice setting overall. Will definitely come back for the food and the fantastic service!

Unfortunately although I gave a good review before, I must change it now. Eggspectation was always a favourite of mine in the 90s, but now their potatoes are served dry and stale and my friend and I ordered their Eggspectation omelette - I asked the waitress not to include bacon but two seconds after I ordered she said the omelette was already “half done” which means it was sitting there for a while. Needless to say my friend and I both got severe food poisoning after the fact and although it’s upsetting I will not be returning anytime soon.

I ordered a mocha, fresh squeezed orange juice, and their Eggstravaganza. The french toast had a delightful crisp outside with soft inside. The potatoes came with some thinly sliced onion, which was a nice surprise. The server was pleasant, and the music was a great selection. It wasn't busy when I went (9am on a Saturday). Would definitely recommend!

We had our brunch here. It was very crowded due to the holiday. But we didn’t have to wait long. Service was good. Food was good. We like Crepe eggpectation which was tasty.

We really enjoyed our breakfast here during our visit to Montreal. The meal was well cooked and delicious. The cappuccino was perfect and the decor whimsical. A full bar for anyone who wants a drink early. The crepes and eggs Benedict were great.

First time going there we found the food tasty and the menu has lots of options. We waited a long time time for a table and it was very busy though we were a 7 person group. Overall, great experience despite the wait.
