Frustrating experience here. After seeing the review score, i had expectations but it was disappointing, i wish i read the latest ones. The menu offer is confusing and the cashier was not really helpful. One of the guy seemed not happy to be there , cooking with a sad and grumpy face. Portions were quite small for the price and i still felt hungry despite ordering a "large" bento box.

I am giving a 1 star because the Sprite was kinda spicy. The food was bah, the cashier didn’t even know what was inside the spring roll. We asked if there was gluten, they said no but clearly there is since I got a reaction right after eating one. Since I’ve been sitting down, the whole staff is staring at me, hopefully I don’t end up with food poisoning Do not recommend and will never come back

Food was tasty but the portion is small. I was still hungry after my meal and considered getting a sandwich from the Subway nearby. Not worth the money

I ordered the chicken rice, sushi and shrimp tempura. Technically a bento box. However, instead of ringing it up as a bento, they charged every single thing as an individual item. I had to pay $8 more than I should have. When I pointed out the pricing error and asked for a correction, the staff were rude and completely refused to clarify or offer a refund. It felt like a deliberate cash grab. ​The food isn't worth the headache or the dishonest pricing. If you value your money and expect basic customer service, go somewhere else. I won’t be returning.

I bought sushi and it looked like the result of someone making sushi the first time in their life. Uneven slices, and lack of ingredients. Disaster. I also order a boba and it was not the best boba of my life. How do you mess up a boba? Really thick mixture. Sceptical about the recipe of this boba.

Got lunch there , the service was super slow and there were about 5 employees behind the conter and i was one of two customers. I got the beef sukiyaki bowl flavor was good but the rice was so overcooked it was like mush. Hopefully with time they get better

Ordered a ramen bowl for my lunch, as they gave the package over the contents spilled all over my hand. Got a first degree burn. Best options they could give me was to remake my food or get free food vouchers. When I asked for my money back they said the system wouldn’t let them do that… my hand is red and throbbing. Not happy at all!
