We came for the first time today and we are so happy we chose this place to eat. The food is incredibly good, fresh and the price is affordable 👌. Amazing customer service. We'll come back for sure.

This was our 2nd visit. The first was just after its opening and everything was very good. Last night the service was terrible. We were waiting for the last member of our party so we ordered drinks. One tea and one Diet Coke. Server said tea would Take 10 minutes. After serving tea to Table of 6, she never brought us tea or soft drink. When our third person arrived about 20 minutes later we perused the menu and made our choices…. Still No drinks served tonus . After a while she finally came to take our order. One ordered kebab, she had to ask chef if any left. I asked for doner sandwich, she said none left and then started naming all the items not available because they ran out. I think she shud have mentioned that before we started to look at the menu. We ordered an appetizer and our meals plus 2 diet cokes and tea (which she never brought prior). After waiting a while, we had to Ask her for our drinks again. She brought our meals and we never got the appetizer. The worst part was whatever we said in English she said she didn’t understand and made us repeat in French. We asked for water and she didn’t understand but we asked for a glass and she understood that. We heard her speaking to a customer at the counter who was speaking English and she responded in English and appeared to understand everything the person was saying. The last time we went, there was a wonderful young woman whose English was minimal but she was incredibly pleasant. It almost felt like there was a change in owner ship because the service was so different than the first time we ate there.

Delicious food absolutely did not disappoint, we had the sharing platter, it was perfect, got to try a little of everything. Owner and cook were friendly and the service was excellent. Only comment would be it’s a small venue, nice and clean but only a few tables so if it was for a group would be better to call in advance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at Edessa Kebab! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—definitely some of the best kebabs I’ve had in Montreal. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the portions were generous. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The place is clean, well-organized, and great for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, delicious Turkish food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful turkish restaurant, went today and really loved the food and service . The food was amazing , nothing beats a traditional , authentic Turkish restaurant . The workers and the owner were the sweetest people , they really take care of you . Also the decorations was super clean and you could tell by the place that it’s safe and clean. Don’t miss out and go to this restaurant, it’s a MUST!!!

What a suprising hidden gem! Don't let the strip mall setting throw you off. This is the real thing, a family owned Turkish restaurant. The interior is surprisingly nice. Real food, delicious and nicely presented. The owner was so gracious and kind. We had various dishes from kebabs, chicken doner, to a yummy eggplant dish. The cheese dessert, bathed in honey, was addictive. We will be back!

It was our first time trying this restaurant and we were very pleased with the meal. Meat was tender and bread was fresh. The portions were generous. Place is clean and cozy with plenty of parking out front. The host was exceptional and very attentive. Thank you for the Kazandibi, it was delicious. Will be back!
