Ive been to dunkins all over the east coast and this is the worst one I've ever been to. Customer service is terrible and the wait is ridiculous. Terrible management.
This location can not has never been able to keep up with simple volume of customer. If time is your most valued asset, don't bother coming here.

Corporate Management Is Horrible As Is The Manager!!! All The Employees Have No Fighting Chance Working There!! They All Need To Find A Better Paying And More Career Driving Job.... There's No SOS (Speed Of Service) There Whatsoever!! I Honestly Hope This Location Closes Bc It's No Big Loss To The Area. There Are Other Breakfast And Coffee Shops In Town!!! Roasters Is Way Better For Breakfast In Town!!!
I used the drive thru. Staff is always friendly.
Will NOT put whipped cream on any cold drinks even if you ask to pay extra, refuses to put cold foam on a hot drink even when trying to pay extra. It makes my whole drink to put cold foam on it, it cools it down and makes it creamier! Rude service!
