I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews, but this experience genuinely left a bad impression. My friend purchased two slices of pizza from this restaurant and handed them to me without checking the contents. The moment I opened the box, I immediately noticed that one slice was normal while the second was literally half a slice. Not slightly smaller — genuinely half of what should have been served. I went back inside right away and remained polite while explaining the issue. The employee appeared to avoid eye contact from the start, and although there seemed to be a language barrier, I calmly repeated myself several times. I explained that my friend had already paid for two slices and pointed her out outside the restaurant. I also mentioned that I think anyone would agree this should never have been served as a full slice. I even offered to return the half slice in exchange for a proper one. At first, there was hesitation and little effort to resolve the situation, and I unfortunately had to repeat myself more firmly before being offered another slice. What bothers me most is not even the replacement itself — it’s the fact that someone thought it was acceptable to serve this in the first place, hoping the customer either wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t say anything. No business should serve customers something they wouldn’t personally accept themselves. It’s disappointing because customer service and basic integrity seem to be disappearing more and more. If customers are paying full price, they deserve to receive what they actually paid for.

I politely asked for clarification because the price I was given did not match the price displayed on the TV menu. Instead of simply saying “tax in” the employee responded sarcastically, with a smirk, saying “You’re in Canada madam, you should expect taxes.” It was unnecessary, rude, and insulting. Customers deserve respectful communication when asking a simple question. Very disappointing experience. Madam, you knew how polite and friendly I was to you before you decided to assume i dont understand the concept of taxes. 🙂 have the day you deserve 🙂

Pizza is ok. It’s not terrible but is low quality considering the price. For a little bit more you can get better options. The menu is confusing there are very similar pizzas, one halal other not.

I recently bught a pizza and some chicken wings from here and I had a fantastic experience here. You can really taste the freshness in every bite. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving delicious pizza! The place is clean and they cook in front of you with hygiene. Overall: Great taste, great service, and great vibes. 10/10 recommend!
