i really hope this place stays around cause its genuinely soooo good. i ordered the birria tacos for delivery. they were really generous with the amount of meat in each taco that after two i was full. the meat was really flavourful and tender. the tortillas were still crispy and the consomé was deliciouss. i even got a little gift of guacamole for free!! i’ll definitely order again and try different items! so happy to have this restaurant in vaudreuil since we lack variety over here

I recently visited Dos Chamakas and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch Leo, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. You can truly feel that it’s a family-run business that genuinely cares about its customers.The food was delicious, especially the sauces, the quesabirria tacos, and the bifteck everything was full of flavor and well prepared. The Agua Fresca Tamarindo was soo good , so refreshing and flavorful that I’m honestly still craving it.Highly recommend this spot, and I will definitely be back!

Feel like this is one of those places where they’re good at the beginning and then slack afterwards… unfortunately, that’s the experience we had coming here..First time was great! Food was fast, fresh and flavourful which made us come back.However, 2nd time was terrible.. we called in the order and was told it’ll be ready in 10mins. They didn’t take my number, only my name. Got there 20mins later to give them extra time, to their surprise, no one rang in the order so was told to wait another 10mins.10mins later, they still didn’t cook any of my order and was told they’re sorry as it is very busy and they’re backed up.Time is precious and some of us are on limited time.Please do better.

Found this spot one month after they opened and it exceeded my expectations! It’s a family-run place (brothers up front, mom in the kitchen) and the food reflects that love. The shrimp and birria tacos were incredibly flavorful and well worth the price. They even gave us drink samples and we loved (and ordered) the Tamarindo. Great service and amazing food. Highly recommended!

Delicious shrimp tacos! Also tried the aguas frescas Jamaica - yum. I loved my meal here. The guacamole was a bit creamy which I didn’t love? And the guac to chips ratio was off - not enough chips - but I think they’re new and working some things out. The service was amazing. The folks behind the counter were friendly, proud of their product and happy to answer questions. Loved the vibe. Definitely not the best place to sit down to enjoy a meal, though - it’s got a beautiful mini dining area (limited seating/space) but it was quite cold inside and the food was given in takeout style containers - but I think this is really more of a takeout place either way? I just wasn’t sure what to expect. Either way - what a lovely new, local spot for authentic Mexican! I will be back, likely for takeout, and I’ll be happy to try tons from the menu. 5/5 because the food was truly delicious and the staff were so sweet.

Nice family run business. The tacos are one of the best l’ve had locally. Staff is friendly, the seating is limited, and apart from needing to fine tune the “order to table time” l wish you much success. You definitely have a great product.

Food review is lower. The staff were friendly and happy to welcome people, not a single complaint there. Cozy interior while waiting for your meal too. We had a Dos Chamakas Torta sandwich and the chicken tacos: The sandwich was pretty good but some found the meat too chewy. Not bad though. The chicken in the tacos were dry, flavourless and had a piece of bone. For the price I dont know if I'll be back. Worth trying at least once.

Finally got to try this place out. Was not disappointed. We got the family bowl with steak, and it was quite tasty. Good amount of portion too; not a gigantic American style plate, but more than enough for 3 people with a tiny bit of leftovers. The food was flavorful and tasted fresh, not like processed frozen stuff. I will definitely go back; i definitely want to try the birria tacos.

First time ordering takeout from here. What a delicious meal! Ordered the family bol for three adults. More than enough for all of us. And it was a nice surprise that the fried beans were black beans. The side sauces were all delicious. Spicy but not overpowering. We chose the beef and it was delicious. I was also impressed with the two young men working. They greeted me as I walked in, were friendly and able to communicate in both English and French. We’re looking forward to ordering again soon.

As a Mexican, finding tacos this good means everything, and these are truly some of the best I’ve had. Not just the tacos, but the entire menu is incredible. You can feel the love behind this family-owned restaurant in every detail, from the food to the service. I’m so happy to have found this place. Congratulations, and I wish you endless success. QUE RICO!! I have been praying for years to have authentic Mexican food in Vaudreuil and Dos Chamakas has made that dream come true! The food is amazing and the staff is fantastic. I will definitely be coming here often.
