We had the best happy hour here in Quebec City! Nancy was our server (and photographer extra-ordinaire!) and she made our experience so much fun and very memorable! So glad we stopped here, a highlight of our short visit!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Dorsay Pub in Quebec City, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nancy. From the moment we walked in, Nancy made us feel genuinely welcome. Her energy is the perfect mix of friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She has a natural ability to read the table—knowing exactly when to check in, when to offer suggestions, and when to just let you enjoy the moment. Her knowledge of the menu and drinks was top-notch. Every recommendation she made was spot on, and you could tell she really takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and effortless. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It didn’t feel like just good service—it felt like she genuinely cared about our experience. Nancy is the kind of server that turns a good night into a great one. If you’re visiting, you’re lucky if you get her. Highly recommend and we had to go back because of her and brought all our friends!

Not only wonderful food, but wonderful service as well. My friend and I randomly stopped by for a drink during our visit in Quebec City, and ended up staying for more drinks and food. Wonderful experience and 100% recommend. Nancy made sure we have everything we need at all times, and kudos to the kitchen for the great and delicious food we had. The mussels with the mustard sauce is a must try.

Out of all the places here this was the most AMAZING and got the best service sitting at the bar with Rumyana the bartender. From the drinks to the food I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars…. It always nice having great food and drinks but the service from her was PHENOMENAL! Thank you for the best time!!!!!

We had a group of 10 for lunch on Saturday. Jonathan our server made our day with a quick wit and even quicker service. Food was delightful, drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. Would recommend for an outing with friends.

Authentic Pub with a Quebec menu. Ordered the Country Ham, Chicken Liver, & Pork Tereine with Fois Gras. The ham was served with drizzled olive oil which took away from the smoked/cured aspect. Chicken liver pate was well prepared. Pork was a jumble with the curry and chutney, but very tasty. Fois gras was rich/intense, but glad I've tried it. Dark, intimate atmosphere to be had here. Will visit again.

We came for a daily trip to Quebec City and found this gem as we were looking for a place to eat and relax since the weather was brutally cold.We were the first people in since they just opened around 11.30amAnd Nancy’s beautiful smile welcomed us. She was so sweet and helped us with our order very quickly. She took our pictures with real care :) we loved the food and atmosphereIt was weird to come to Quebec City and found a British restaurant with all cool musics from English bands while James Bond was on TV at the bar. So cool

One of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had! Hands down the best poutine too. Great staff and yummy food. We popped in for lunch one day and it was so good we decided to go back the next day for happy hour.

It takes roughly 30 minutes to get a beer here. We wanted to also eat but when we saw how slow the service was, we went somewhere else.

Amazing food! Selection of drinks is top notch. We wanted a casual dinner on a Thursday night and it turned out to be the highlight meal of our trip. So good that we’re coming back for a second meal later in our week. Go there, try the scallop and shrimp dish, you won’t regret it!

Great experience. Kevin was super helpful and kind, accommodating my poor attempts at French. Gave excellent recommendations and service. Food was delicious and gin special was appreciated. Highly recommend.

Decent place for a drink or a night out in Old Quebec. Food was interesting and mildly expensive for what it was. Service and atmosphere were good. Not worth a detour but okay if you're in the area!
