I had such a positive experience with this store and truly felt cared for as a customer. I placed an online order through DoorDash, and unfortunately my food was taken by the driver while I was fasting. I was extremely upset and disappointed. When I contacted the store directly, they were incredibly understanding and compassionate. They told me to place another order and personally made sure I wasn’t double charged. They took a loss just to make sure I had my food. That level of kindness and integrity is rare. With today being their last day before selling the store, I just want to say this: good businesses are everywhere, but good people are not. You showed honesty, generosity, and real humanity when you could have simply said “that’s not our problem.” I will never forget that. Thank you for turning a frustrating and emotional situation into something that reminded me there are still truly kind people out there. Wishing you success, blessings, and nothing but good coming your way in your next chapter. i’ll finally go and eat two hours later lesson learned tomorrow I’m cooking lool again thank you so much.
