I ordered from Donatos Pizza one night when I wanted something simple for dinner. Their thin crust came loaded with toppings all the way to the edge, which I always like. The pizza showed up hot and cheesy, perfect for a quiet night in. Nothing fancy, just reliable pizza that gets the job done.

Fantastic and friendly experience with a believe Leana? I believe she was a district manager. Her vibe is top notch and she had me in and out. Been a while since I’ve been here and I’ll be back very soon!

I have only been twice, but went last night and there were two girls there. I ordered online, and I was picking up my food 5 minutes after the time they told me to pick up, online - and they hadn’t even started the order. I was okay waiting, but then I listened to them talk to eachother about how they aren’t putting up with this, and how one will “just clock out and leave”, while I sat there with my 8 year old, waiting on my ten minute pizza, at 9:30 at night. Luckily the girl walked out and gave them to me, I hadn’t even paid yet, but it shows how much they weren’t paying any attention to detail.. whoever’s store this is, needs better customer service employees on a Friday night. I immediately thought to myself, no wonder they are always dead with all those tables and even a community room. The first time I went, I had great customer service, not sure what happened this time.

I just always get my single server the works pizza. It was good but they were busy and didnt even check drive through for few so was waiting and waiting. This isnt the norm though. I usually have great service

The big don sub is my go to order and it never disappoints. Its always perfect and exactly how i ask for it. I go to eat lunch there alot and the day shift couldnt be nicer. Great spot.
