Last time about 2or 3 months ago I made a complaint about the delivery boys going inside where employees make pizza with the jackets and hats which they worn to go outside without following proper hygiene regulations The same manager who was there on that Monday was the same manager today also 16th march 2026 around 4:30 in the evening Second time dominos employees of this locations never follow hygienic regulations at all The manager was very rude and cancel my order also Without making new pizza and give it to me The excuse was I raised my voice I never raised my voice Please is this the way dominos employees of this 4655 Vanhorne is preparing and delivering pizzas to all the customers Please take immediate and strict actions so that this will not happen any more

I live 5 mins away from this location and they refused to deliver to my address because of their system. Then I called the other location near me and they also did the same thing. What is this rubbish?

I’ve been ordering all of November, December, and January from this location, top service and delivery. But December 31, I was delivered a pizza that looked like it was carried on the side. My toppings all shifted. I paid a tip paid for delivery fee, for it to be delivered in such a manner. Contacted dominos online and was offered a discount coupon. I placed an order to THE SAME location as before to received a dry barely season, no extra sauce pizza. It was like eating cheese and bread. Was it retaliation ? Won’t be ordering from the location ever again.

My order hasn't arrived yet. It was placed for 10PM, and I ordered around 12:30pm. I tried calling the store, and they said they were closed. The pizza tracker shows “COMPLETE”. I haven’t received anything.
