I have never seen utter incompetence in my life. The driver was outside my home for five minutes while texting and instead of delivering my food. I called the restaurant to complain they said they would call the drive, I see the driver take a call and he leaves the food on the hood of the car. He then proceeds to leave with the food and never deliver food. Been on hold and hung up on with the restaurant for over 10 minutes and no one is making me speak to a manager. Zero respect, zero competence definitely zero customer service.
