Last night was the last time i ordered from this restaurant. The app had technical issues so we couldn't track our order, 40 mins in we called the restaurant to get an update, we we're told that it was on the way yet the pizza arrived 30 mins after the phone call while we live 5-10 mins away depending on lights and stuff. Tried calling the restaurant several times prior to the drivers arrival but the line was always busy, at this point i think the staff was overwhelmed and just took the phones off the hook. So back to the driver showing up an hour and ten mins after ordering. I asked him if he could call his manager since we cant get a hold of him through the restaurants phone line and he got on the defensive right away, asking me why and claiming he doesn't have a phone, started raising his voice at me and my wife while calling me "bro" every other word. Had to pay full price for room temperature pizza and had to deal with this individual who clearly shouldn't be interacting with clients.
