Says it closes at 10pm the door was locked at 9h45 and they don’t even give you eye contact through the window

Worst customer service I've ever seen. We called them to notify that there were missing items, and first guy tells us "we're closing soon sorry". We kept insisting that they had to bring us the missing items so he said "ok I'll get someone to deliver them to you". 50 minutes after, still nothing so we call back. Another employe answers and tells us "We're already close. Can we deliver it to you tomorrow instead?".... Totally unprofessional. We had a party and want to eat together at the moment. Not tomorrow. So he said he's gonna get it deliver asap (we are 3 minutes away by car). We had to wait another 30 minutes. We call again, and the first guy answer and says "We're close".... There's absolutely no communication between the employees, and they don't care about customer satisfaction, as they were the one making the mistake. Worst place I've even seen. Will never order from them anymore 👍🏻
