2nd time in a row now, pick up.my order and im missing a sauce i was charged for and the ones I received were the wrong ones. A little attention to detail goes a long way.....

After making a mistake on the site, my food was delivered to the wrong house. Unfortunately, those people started eating our food. When the manager found out, they immediately replaced it at cost, and the order wasn't cheap, mind. I could tell it broke them up that it happened, but I truly appreciated the effort they put in to make sure I got my order.

Would leave zero if I could. Called to have it delivered and prepaid through doordash. Lady who answered the phone questioned why I didn't tip? I only tip once food is ACTUALY delivered. Won't order again, to the lady at dominos please have the common sense to know tip is given for GOOD SERVICE not because it is OBLIGATED.

It take a lot for me to ever make a post but just to let other people know that if you don't want extra friction in your life, just steer clear from Ile Perrot Domino's. I’m a frequent customer, and at this point the service is just unacceptable. I ordered a pizza and got pineapple instead of ham — and this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. What made things worse was the manager’s attitude: awful and arrogant. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing THEIR mistake properly, I was told to go pick up the correct pizza myself. Why should customers be inconvenienced because of repeated errors on their end? Mistakes happen, but this is becoming a pattern, and the way they handle it shows a complete lack of respect for their customers’ time. If you can’t get orders right and won’t take responsibility when you don’t, maybe you shouldn’t be in the business. I'm done ordering from here again!!

The service is this place is not good at all. I called 30 seconds later placing an order to change on item and was told its too late and order was suppose to be ready between 6-8 minutes but when we arrived to pick up the order 15 min later, we were told someone else left with my order. Then i said ok ill wait but can u switch one item and I was told again the order is almost ready in 2 min so they cannot change it. It was ready after 20 minutes. The guy at the counter was also very unpleasant. NEVER AGAIN.

Sell burnt pizza and refuse to change them. I will never go there again and advise other if you still go there to look at the pizza before you pay
