I e been ordering from Dominos for a long time and always satisfied but today I’m completely baffled. Since the new owner took over I will no longer support this franchise in dorval. If you work answering the phone and taking orders, you should be able to speak English or French properly and understand the orders. Not only they send me the complete wrong thing , when I tried calling back they completely ignore my calls. They lost me as a customer not because they got my order completely wrong it’s because they replaced all their staff with their incompetent friends and family. If Dorval wants to keep supporting these new owners, feel free but we won’t.

Arrived at our hotel in Montreal as we have an early flight tomorrow morning. Ordered 1 small gluten free pizza with 4 toppings and 1 regular small pizza with 4 toppings and 8 wings. $71 and it was crap. The gluten free pizza barely had any cheese. The regular pizza was thin crust. Not worth $20 never mind $71??? I see the managements response and sent them an email.
