I had a really nice time with my friend in that restaurant. We shared the calamari rings and the pizza. Everything was yummy and the servers were so nice. Some good memories were made on that day.

The service is often described as warm, fast, and attentive, although a few customers experienced delays, order confusion, or less courteous service. The place is also often described as small, friendly, and pleasant, but some reviews mention concerns about prices, value for money, and some recent changes to the menu or management.

We had the best the best experience!!! Our waitress was the best. Pizza was the best ever. 10/10!
Fantastic pizza, fantastic Caesar salad, great service, lovely lovely place!
Great pizza ...
A beautifully located and well-designed Italian restaurant in Old Quebec City. The pizzas we had were delicious which is one of the highlights of our visit to Quebec. They also had a separate kids’ menu. We ordered pizza and pasta for the kids as well, and they really enjoyed it despite usually being quite picky. Our server was extremely polite and helpful
Had a really good experience at Polina Pizzeria in downtown Quebec. The pizza was genuinely impressive fresh ingredients, soft crust, balanced sauce, and great flavor overall without feeling too heavy or greasy. You can tell care goes into the preparation. Also tried one of the pasta dishes and enjoyed it a lot. The seasoning and spice level were very well balanced flavorful without anything overpowering the dish. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. The atmosphere added nicely to the experience as well. Definitely one of the better casual food spots we tried while visiting Quebec City.
I will say I have been here many times however now learning that the restaurant has gone from private owners to being owned by a corporation and the way it was run on the weekend and the mayhem and disorder of the management of the customer flow for reservations and seating I likely won't return sadly. The food was just as good as previously but it was the absolute coas of the flow of customers not being met at the door and the backlog and wait to even speak to someone when reservations had been made
I recently visited Polina Pizzeria with a group of four. We all ordered the spaghetti Alfredo with grilled chicken, but the waitress misunderstood and brought out just one portion along with four empty plates to share. While this was an understandable mix-up, the plate I received was filthy. When I asked for a replacement, the waitress took it away without a single word of apology or acknowledgment. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the service. The spaghetti Alfredo was honestly the worst I’ve ever had and definitely did not live up to the hype. I understand that restaurants can have an off day, but my personal experience was really disappointing. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to improve
Gluten free pizza crust and pasta
Very cool vibe with good food and great service.
We enjoyed our three wonderful nights in Quebec City, and we returned to Polina Pizzeria each evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the salads, pasta, and pizza, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. We were pleased to return for the third night in a row. We recommend Polina Pizzeria.
I normally don't leave negative reviews, or reviews at all but I feel this experience is important to share. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, and the menu did not mention that it was made with pesto dressing containing pine nuts. Pesto is not a standard or commonly expected dressing for a Mediterranean salad, and there was no indication on the menu that tree nuts were included. After eating the salad, I experienced a severe allergic reaction that required an ambulance ride to the hospital. While this was happening, we were still asked to pay the bill, and the meal was not comped despite the seriousness of the situation. I understand restaurants cannot account for every allergy if they are not informed ahead of time, but menus should accurately disclose ingredients, especially major allergens like tree nuts when they are used in unexpected ways. I also reached out privately afterward hoping for some acknowledgment or support and never received a response. I hope this review encourages better ingredient transparency and more compassion in emergency situations moving forward.
The pizza was delicious.
The pizza was fresh and delicious. The service was good. Atmosphere is nice. Bathroom exceptionally clean with actual towels (nice touch). Would definitely recommend the place.
Stopped in for lunch when in Quebec City, loved the service and the pizza. Absolutely delicious and a very charming restaurant.
Awesome food , great quantity and quality must go , service is slightly slow but worth the wait
The staff were very friendly and the service was great. I had the French onion soup to start and it was fabulous...not too strong. I then had the Classic Pepperoni Pizza and it was delicious. My wife had spaghetti and it was also great. Highly recommend this place for a nice evening.
Unexpectedly good pizza as its rare to find good VEGETARIAN pizza in QC city. Amazing service.
The best place for light meal and coctail. My husband and I ordered fromage fondue as entré while we were waiting for pizza Capricossa to be served. They have the best coctail I tried recently. I ordered it twice. It served it's name Manteau Noir ☺️. Atmosphere is nice, quiet, and warm. I highly recommend 👌
We went this afternoon for a snack and a drink and our server was so lovely and welcoming! She told us about the 2 for 1 pizza deal and we ended up ordering this evening for dinner as well. Awesome establishment and great service! Shoutout to our server this afternoon!
The food here is way overpriced and the portions are way too small. The pizza is nothing special either. Plus, they charge $5 per soda and don't include free refills. I've never been to a restaurant where the fountain soda doesn't include free refills. I would avoid this place unless you like mediocre food at a high price.
One of the best Pizza and Pastas I have ever eaten. The service and wine are fantastic too. The restaurant is huge, and has something for everyone.
Great place with amazing pizza
Very good, server was very nice food was excellent and quick.
A small compact restaurant, but don’t let that put you off! Food and service both excellent and great value in traditional Italian style.
