The vibe was chill and polite and the staff were passionate about the culinary and cultural aspects of their business. I had the sandwich with akawie cheese that’s similar to haloumi. It was lightly sauced and spiced but still flavourful, good texture, hot and high quality. I suggested they use more veggies like the beets, onions and lettuce because it was mostly cheese and they seemed to take my feedback. There’s a lot to try on the menu so I’ll defs pass by again
