We are returning as we are really proud of the food quality and taste here - 😱 But what happened to us re. Service today at the Valentine's was our waitress 'J' rushed to put the POS terminal on our table as we were finishing the last bit of food - We never experienced this in any restaurants around the world. We actually had 2 hours for our reserved seats and finished the meals within 1 hour. Not understanding the push and she was looking at how much we put as tips for her To be improved - hope this doesn't impact anyone else

Ribs and chicken were average and the brisket was just so disappointing. No smoke ring, dry and cold when served. Service was also very bad

Our server, Evelyn, was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was amazing with great music, phenomenal food, etc.

Very average. Food taste good but everything was dry and bit cold. We shared the Dixie plater. The sides were really good (fries, potato salad, brocolis and pulled pork)! The pulled pork and ribs were the highlight. Disappointed in the brisket. It was sooo dry!! The description on google says it is a family friendly environment. I don’t think it was. When I made the reservation, I specified that we were 2 adults and a baby. They did not take it into consideration when seating us. We could not use a high chair and had to keep our baby in the car seat in the table.

Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible. When we arrived, we indicated that we had a reservation, and they seated us in the back of the restaurant where the tables are crammed together and there's no room to move. They put us there even though the restaurant was empty. Additionally, I felt a kind of rejection from one of the waitresses who repeatedly ignored my requests, such as when I asked if she could take our order, provide us with a to-go box, and bring us the bill. Another waitress had to attend to us since the first one insisted on ignoring us. Regarding the food, first, they gave us a side dish we hadn't ordered (they gave us fried broccoli, and we had ordered baked beans); second, the coleslaw was spoiled (it had an unpleasant taste and smell); third, almost everything in the dish we ordered was either too spicy or bland (we ordered Le Dixie), and the cornbread was rock hard.

Five stars isn’t enough for MC at Diablo’s BBQ! MC was hands-down the best server we’ve had in a long time. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely made the whole experience fun. You can tell MC really cares about customers and takes pride in what they do. Great recommendations, great energy, and everything came out perfect. Diablo’s BBQ is lucky to have MC—this is the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. 🙌🔥

I came here with some work colleagues not expecting much but it was awesome! They have all you can eat wings and the burnt ends were possibly the best thing i’ve ever eaten! MC took care of us and she was super sweet and attentive! Really appreciated the service it was near perfect! Definitely check it out!

Went for all-you-can-eat wings on a Tuesday. While I appreciate that they serve whole wings, I found it confusing that they add leg drumsticks to every order, so you end up with a basket of three wings and two drumsticks. Even after asking them to leave out the drumsticks on my next round, they still included them. The chicken was dry and bland. I liked the smokiness, but that was about the only flavour note on the wings (and legs). The amount of sauce per basket was minimal, equivalent to just a few droplets, unless you pay 50 cents for extra. Our waitress was kind but not very attentive. We were missing sauces and utensils, and orders got mixed up, which made us wait longer. I also tried the fried chicken, while it was moist, it was also flavourless. Cornbread was OK. The gravy was delicious and the fries were great, but that’s not enough to make me want to return to Diablos.
