OVERPRICED AND OVER HIPED!!!
The whole evening was really excellent. The service was courteous, informative and quick paced. The food is truly phenomenal. Everyone at our table enjoyed our dishes. Special shout out to the The Pollo de la Brasso dish. Wow. Will definitely be recomminding and returning
Overall Impression: Deville Dinerbar is one of those places that quietly becomes part of your rotation without forcing it. I’ve been a few times over the past few months, mostly for drinks and a few appetizers and each visit has been consistently good. It strikes a nice balance: approachable enough for a casual stop-in, but polished enough that it still feels like you’ve gone somewhere. What I Liked: I haven’t done a full meal yet, but what I have had has been impressive. The lamb chops were fantastic… well cooked, flavorful, and the kind of dish you don’t expect to stand out as much as it does. The pulled short rib lettuce tacos were also a highlight… light, well balanced, and easy to keep going back to. On our most recent visit, we sat at the bar and ordered a bottle of wine. Service was quick and genuinely friendly. There was a natural ease to the interaction, some laughs, no script, no rush… which always makes a difference. One small knock: two wines we initially tried to order weren’t available. That said, the server helped us pivot to something else that was actually less expensive and still enjoyable, so no real harm done. Atmosphere & Vibe: The space leans into an upscale American diner concept, but does it tastefully. It’s upbeat without being loud, refined without being stiff. Sitting at the bar, there’s a nice energy, people coming and going, food flowing out that genuinely looks great, and a sense that the place knows exactly what it is. Location is also a big plus. Being close to Peel metro and surrounded by nightlife makes it an easy stop—whether you’re starting your night or just passing through. Closing: Deville is a great go-to when you want something reliable, a little elevated, and easy. It’s not trying to be the best meal you’ve ever had, but it doesn’t need to be. It delivers consistently, feels good to be in, and leaves you wanting to come back. I’ll definitely be returning for a full meal and will update once I do.

Visiting MTL for the first time and so thrilled that this was our first dinner here. Food was delicious with generous portions, drinks had tons of creative flavors (and were strong), and the bar staff were so friendly. Jayden in particular was super cool to chat with and offered some advice to help us decide if we’re moving here :)
Honestly this place is a guaranteed quality meal and portions well reflect the price. You wont leave hungry. Salads are so good ! So much protein and stuff in it.
Terribly overpriced "just ok" food. Creamy mushroom pasta plate at 39$??!...I eat a similar better plate somewhere else for 20$. This is double the price. Its plain consumer abuse ! Waitress never brought us water we had to ask after 45 minutes there. Definitely will never be coming back here with all the great restaurant options in Montreal where I can eat better food for half the price. !!!

What an amazing place. We had our girls night here and it was a blast. Great service, amazing and fun vibe and the food is beyond this world! Will be back for sure to try out the rest of their unbeliavable menu.
Went for an employee dinner. We were a group of 10 with a baby. The staff were very accommodating from start to finish! Our waiter was amazing, offering suggestions on drinks/food options and being so flexible with such a large group! We had a set menu due to group size which at first I wasn't sure that would work but it was perfect and the food was amazing! Portions are very big so make sure to bring your appetite! Would highly recommend!

Listen Im From Chicago & Im Visiting & I Have Never Seen A Pretty Diner In America Until I Came To Canada. The Food 100/10, The Customer Service 100/10, we was greeted by Alexandra she is super nice ans her body tea she so pretty, then our waiter Maïka OMG SHE WAS WONDERFUL, she made this experience perfect. WHEN YOU COME TO MONTRÊAL CANADA COME TO DEVILLE AND SEE MAÏKA. the music is too tear too i love it and will be back. a lot of other baddies in the building as well.
One of the best filet mignon steaks I’ve ever had, great drinks too, dessert was fantastic too. Superb atmosphere, great staff and highly recommend

They NEVER disappoint.The food was INCREDIBLE as usual. Service is always great. I usually go there for supper. This was the first time going for brunch and I loved it.
very good brunch menu. a bit surprise cuz it looks more like a bar. tried italian shakshuka and chimichuri. both very tasty. its not cheap but the portion is big. the waitress was very nice and friendly too.
