This place is awful. Very out dated. the rooms have a weird smell to them.. probably mold. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.
We booked rooms at this hotel for a 30-day stay at $180 per night for work. After 13 days, we had to check out early due to unexpected business circumstances. The hotel charged the full amount in advance, and when we informed them about the early checkout, we were told there would be absolutely no refund for the remaining two weeks. This was extremely disappointing. We travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels, and I have never experienced a situation where a hotel refused any kind of adjustment or refund under these circumstances. The situation was made worse by the very rude behavior from the receptionist, who refused to connect me with the manager when I asked. Only after I contacted Wyndham Hotels & Resorts customer service did the manager call me back two days later and simply repeated that no refund would be given. This level of customer service and lack of flexibility is unacceptable, especially for long-term business stays. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
My room was good, and I was kindly greeted everyday
