The reviews are very mixed, but several customers complain about slow or rude service. Food quality comes up often as a weak point, especially the fries and the value for money. In terms of quality and quantity even lower than mcdonald , but 3 times the charge, cream topping is 1 doller extra .

Great customer service from all employees, i tried the poutine with a cherry milkshake and it was amazing, althought the price may be surprising, it's pretty worth it
Very slow service, and it seems like the worker didn’t know what he’s doing. He had us standing at the counter looking at the menu for a few minutes. However he didn’t bother saying hello or asking if we wanted anything. Had an AirPod in his ear (does that violate workplace safety?) while working. We went to the dessert side thinking that’s where we had to order, and were told he was supposed to take ours. Fries are left hovering over the air fryers for who knows how long and can be exposed to bacteria/bugs. The fries tasted burnt when getting them. It took us about 10 minutes to even get a drink, and nearly 20 minutes to get our food. Would not recommend this DQ. *Quebec should have mandatory window grades based off health inspections, because this place would be far from an A.*
