The double patty smashburger was very well balanced and delicious.
Tried this new burger place today and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. During the peak lunch rush, the cashier stepped away to handle something at the bank, which slowed things down significantly. Then, there seemed to be some confusion around the order which ultimately had to be keyed as two separate orders, the promotion advertised online wasn’t applied, and the burgers I eventually received weren’t made as ordered. As for the food quality, it was mediocre at best — soggy fries, a burger that didn’t quite hit the mark, and undercooked onion rings. Overall, it felt quite disorganized during a busy period, and the experience itself was more chaotic than enjoyable.
I ordered a chicken burger. When I came back home, instead, I had a patty with lettuce around it😐 I tried to call them, they were on voicemail.
Had a poor experience here with wayyy over-salted, limp fries (to the point of being inedible) and toppings on burgers we didn't ask for. Emailed customer service weeks ago and haven't heard back. Our first trip here was outstanding (around grand opening), so I assume there've been some changes to the staff that are affecting consistency. I'll change the review if I see that the management cares about more than taking over the block.

Had an awesome experience at D-Burger! The Cajun fries were absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and super crispy. The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and exactly how a premium fast-food burger should be. A big shout-out to Melanie at the cashier she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Great service like that really makes a difference. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better premium fast food. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔🔥
I got a cheeseburger and it was okay nothing too special. Fries were better but not wow and the atmosphere was alright. I recommend to get food here but don’t have too many high hopes.

Ordered double cheese burger but got a single patty. Bun was soggy and entire burger was squished..not just the patty. Uses mozzarella that melts on poutine rather than firm cheese curds. A&W down the street. This one’s going on the ban list.
Stopped by for lunch today and loved it. The smash burger was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The lady at the cash out was especially friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Amazzzzzing burgers! This place has some of the best burgers in town. Fantastic quality of ingredients and flavour combinations, excellent service, and the vibes of the place are nice too. Would highly recommend it!
Excellent burger!
A good burger spot in Westmont was definitely needed, so I was excited to try this place. Unfortunately, my experience was a mixed. To start they made a mistake on my invoice. These things happen, and it was corrected swiftly. I then waited about 20 minutes for my burger. The burger quality was okay overall, but not exceptional. The onion rings had a very thick batter, which made it hard to taste the onion itself, and the fries didn’t meet expectations. I sent a private message to share the feedback directly with the team, but I didn’t receive a response.

New burger place in the area; the burgers were fine but there’s definitely a better price to quality ratio in some other places in the city. Great service though.
Tried the fish burger and fries, its good. Good service too.
