2.5 hours to receive 3 plates, 70$ Valentine’s day special menu but 2 plates we ordered were out of stock in the end. Food and portions were objectively good (Panang curry was cold though), but this was a huge letdown.

Hello Drew, I sincerely understand your frustration, and I want to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I won’t make excuses for the inconvenience you and your friends experienced. There was unfortunately a communication issue between our kitchen and service team that evening. As a young restaurant, and with it being our very first Valentine’s Day service, we were honestly overwhelmed by the unexpected volume of guests. Unfortunately, some tables — including yours — did not receive the level of warm and attentive service that truly represents who we are. And that is not acceptable to us. We are better than what you experienced, both in service and in the quality of our dishes. Valentine's Day menu: The flavors and cocktails were good, but the main course were a letdown. The food in general has no spicyness in any dish, which is weird for a Thai restaurant. The shrimp panang was watery and a tiny portion, while the Khao Soi had almost no curry broth. Took way too long to get our food too. They also ran out of crème brûlée five hours before closing... so we went with the other option, which also had a disappointing portion.

We ended up going there randomly by chance ! Oh we were not dissapointed, everything tasted amazing! The waiter Olivier helped us choose the best dishes to our needs, we definitly going back to try other things on the menu and their special cocktails. For a date or with friends.
