We went there to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was our first time trying Hungarian cuisine. We didn’t know much about it before, but after watching Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, we became curious about schnitzel and traditional Hungarian dishes, so we decided to visit this restaurant. The owner warmly welcomed us and helped us choose our food, which made the experience very comfortable. We ordered Chicken Paprikash with galuska and Chicken Schnitzel—both classic Hungarian dishes. The paprikash was rich, flavorful, and comforting, and the galuska was soft and perfect with the sauce. The chicken schnitzel was crispy, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. We also tried the mushroom soup, beet salad, and Somlói Galuska for dessert. The mushroom soup was creamy and smooth, the beet salad was fresh, and the dessert was light, spongy, and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to try authentic Hungarian food. We especially loved how Chef Judith personally welcomed us and took care of us—she gave us a very warm, homely vibe. Highly recommended!

Beyond delicious Hungarian food. I ordered the chicken paprikas with galuska but there were a lot of tempting dishes on the menu. Really genuine, kind service as well. The definition of a hidden gem!

Terrible food, with the smallest portion of gulash for 87$ for 2 meals and 4 cabbage rolls. No flavor what so ever. Extremely disappointing

We are very sorry your bad experiences. I have already checked your order and we delivered what you ordered. Today we have sold in the store more beef goulash stew and cabbage rolls that you ordered on-line. Same size, same banch without complain. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
