We went there to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was our first time trying Hungarian cuisine. We didn’t know much about it before, but after watching Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, we became curious about schnitzel and traditional Hungarian dishes, so we decided to visit this restaurant. The owner warmly welcomed us and helped us choose our food, which made the experience very comfortable. We ordered Chicken Paprikash with galuska and Chicken Schnitzel—both classic Hungarian dishes. The paprikash was rich, flavorful, and comforting, and the galuska was soft and perfect with the sauce. The chicken schnitzel was crispy, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. We also tried the mushroom soup, beet salad, and Somlói Galuska for dessert. The mushroom soup was creamy and smooth, the beet salad was fresh, and the dessert was light, spongy, and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to try authentic Hungarian food. We especially loved how Chef Judith personally welcomed us and took care of us—she gave us a very warm, homely vibe. Highly recommended!
