I’ve always loved Cugini’s pizza, but their new mortadella panini is next level. My friend and I tried it for lunch today and it might honestly be the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Absolute must try!! We’ll definitely be back!

I just came here for the first time on Saturday with family and we had a great time! The staff is happy to serve. Germano, the owner, is the best! What a humble and generous person. He sat down with us and spoke to us like we were his family. He takes pizza making to a whole other level! It shows that he’s truly passionate about his craft, that he wants to share his knowledge and give others a culinary experience that they won’t forget. We tried the Grandma, Toscana, and the Cup and Char pizzas. Topped with the hot honey and truffle oil…Soo good! The garlic knots were sensational too. I walked out with a fresh baguette, my cousin, a bag of pasta, and my brother bought pizza dough too. Grazie! A presto!

Seems everytime I go out of my way to support this local business, they're closed. They couldn't be bothered to update their google opening hours during this period either. Never again, stay closed for all I care.

We just had a family lunch at this fabulous restaurant. The staff and the owner were super kind. They brought us a couple slices of cheese on the house to try. And they even replaced an olive oil bottle that we purchased, but broke by accident. Highly recommend. Amazing pizza. Especially the margarita pizza was phenomenal.

This place is amazing. If you haven’t tried it you need to go! It’s got everything you want in a restaurant. It’s fun laid back and the food is out of this world. The service is stellar. The chef is beyond dedicated to deliver you with fresh outstanding ingredients, pizza cooked to perfection. With pizza it’s always hard to say, “this is the best I’ve ever eaten”, but when you leave this place, you have to ask yourself, is this the best pizza I’ve ever eaten? Thank you to everyone who makes this gem work.

This place is hands down the best thing that’s happened to the neighborhood! We love it for so many reasons, starting with the food. The pizzas are absolutely next level: fresh ingredients and really made with care. The service? Always on point. The girls are smiling, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at home. Stopped in from NDG and it was love at first bite. The New York–style pizza was outstanding, with incredibly fresh ingredients that really stood out. The owner’s passion is evident in everything—from the quality of the food to the excellent customer service. Both the owner and staff were so pleasant and genuinely enjoyable to talk to, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Thank you, Cugini’s, for reminding me that life is better with great pizza made by wonderful people.so happy to find this West Island gem!

Cugini’s pizza is simply the best. Be prepared to wait though, with the understanding that the best pizza takes time to create and is lovingly prepared just for you. So enjoy the experience! Germano the owner is very welcoming and takes the time to greet his customers, giving this very modern and unique eatery a touch of old world charm. Very pleasant and helpful staff too! I’m a lifer❤️🍕👌

We’ve loved Cugini’s for years and have been going since it first opened on Elm. The pizza, while a bit pricey, is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious — truly some of the best around. Service has also generally been good, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Tonight, my grandmother went to pick up pizza on a very cold evening and brought her dog with her. After picking up the order, her car wouldn’t start. The roadside assistance company told her it could take 1–2 hours to help her. Cold and understandably distressed, she went back inside to ask if she could sit quietly in a corner with her dog just until I could get there (20 minutes max) so she wouldn’t freeze. She fully understood that animals aren’t usually allowed and wasn’t looking to stay long. Disappointingly, the owners said no. One of the employees kindly offered to let my grandmother sit in her own car while I was on my way to pick her up — and we’re very grateful for that act of compassion. While I understand policies exist, the situation left us feeling that a bit more empathy could have gone a long way, especially given the circumstances. This experience has made us second-guess returning, which is really disappointing because we’ve always thought of Cugini’s as a warm, community-oriented place.

We were originally scheduled to eat at the restaurant but plan changed, we changed to takeout. It was a huge success and we were 10 people, we ordered 5 Arugula Salads which were delicious accompanied with margarita, pepperoni, vegetarian, blanco pizzas. Consensus was incredible.
