Hi Zoe, We respect that everyone has different tastes, and it's perfectly fair if our açaí wasn't what you were expecting. That said, describing it as "disgusting" without any context doesn't provide much information for us or for future customers. For over a decade, we've proudly served authentic Brazilian açaí sourced directly from Brazil and have earned the trust of both the Brazilian community and thousands of loyal customers. Our açaí is intentionally prepared in a traditional style. It is not heavily sweetened, nor is it designed to resemble the ice-cream-like versions commonly found at many smoothie chains across North America. While we understand that personal preferences vary, the quality, authenticity, and sourcing of our ingredients are things we take great pride in. Not every product is for everyone, and that's perfectly okay. However, we stand firmly behind the quality and authenticity of what we serve.
