Food doesn’t look nothing like pictures hamburger patties are paper thin and burnt service was horrible couldn’t understand me and even when I spoke French they barely knew what I was saying. On top of all that it costed extra to put cheese on a poutine why call it a poutine if I need to add cheese when the order already costed 65$. Was excited to try this restaurant looked really good on the website but was very disappointed when I went to go eat it, literally worse food I’ve had McDonald’s taste better and it’s cheaper.

Food was good enough but not great. From other postings you might have think that this is a restaurant, but it really is a fast food joint. Order at the counter and wait for your food. And don't make the mistake of thinking you can have a beer with your burger....

As an Uber Eats driver, I’ve consistently experienced poor service at this restaurant. They don’t provide a note about bringing an insulated bag, yet staff speak rudely when we arrive without one. Their behaviour toward delivery drivers is disrespectful and unprofessional. Hoping to see improvement.
