Hands down the best fried chicken I've ever had. Yes, you might have to wait a bit, but the quality and flavor is worth it.

Been here multiple times, their food always taste amazing! Their fried chicken, poutine with beef and mac attack are top tier! Staff are also nice and friendly :) Highly recommend if you’re in NDG area.

Did you try to talk to the cashier and tell them the problem , why don’t you ask for refund or exchange ? We are widely open to all correction , note that the food is made by human beings not robots not AI , be a human being and talk directly in the face of, all what you know is screw on the back you should thanks Google ho gave you this opportunity

We ordered the classic chicken sandwiches, and they were so overcooked that we could barely bite into them. We ended up spending quite a bit at Crusty's late at night after the cashier recommended them so enthusiastically, but the food was really disappointing. The sandwiches were dry, tough, and nowhere near worth the price. Definitely not a place I'd recommend.

One of the best burger places in town! I took my family there and we all loved the food. The burgers were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The restaurant also has a great atmosphere and comfortable seating if you want to dine in and enjoy your meal. Friendly service and a welcoming ambiance make it a place I would definitely recommend. We'll be coming back!

Today I have 2 piece fried chicken for $8.70. It is in the mid price range. The fried chicken was tender, juicy but the crispiness need a bit attention. The ambiance of the restaurant is unique on Sherbrooke with an old car sofa, to an decent seating area. The time to serve food was about 20 mins, I think this can be improved especially when the restaurant is empty. Location on Sherbrooke is convenient for students and professionals alike.

Crusty’s is on our monthly restaurant tour now for the family. It is priority #1 for kids to get a dose of healthy “junk” food The owner is very courteous and very vigilant about clients in all corners of the store. The environment is very teen-friendly and kids loved the furniture and the concept. Tables are very clean and the food was really delicious. Halal certified 100%
