Ordered right as they were closing (didn’t realize I’m from out of town and uber didn’t mention it) but they still stayed open and delivered our food right to our hotel room! The butter chicken was absolutely amazing and has a great kick! We also ordered a pizza and wings, all was great!! The food was fresh and got here fast and it was all super tasty! After 8hrs of driving it was definitely worth the order! The gentleman who delivered our food (he worked for the restaurant) was super polite and friendly! If Im ever back out this way I’d definitely be ordering again!

This place is a must go to! We visited this place over the weekend (from ottawa) and we all loved the food! We had the burgers/combo and the chicken plate. Everything tasted great, the service everytime I visit has been amazing, the staff are very helpful, and they are decently priced. It is all halal, and they have a great selection for everyone! We will definitely be returning!

I recently visited Crust & Bites Pizzeria in the heart of Cornwall and had an amazing experience. I wanted a spicy burger and asked them to make something special, and it turned out so good — very juicy, super cheesy, and the spicy sauce was perfect. I also got jalapeño poppers on the side and they were honestly the best I’ve ever had. Before leaving, they suggested I try their shawarma pizza for takeout and wow, it was insanely good — if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re definitely missing out. The place was very clean, even the washrooms, and the customer service was amazing, everyone was friendly and made sure I had a great experience. The service was fast too, they have lots of parking, and the location is great. I also loved their Cornwall poster inside, it gives a nice local vibe and you can tell it’s run by hardworking local people. This is a must-try spot for anyone in Cornwall or even if you’re just visiting. Thank you Crust & Bites!

Honestly, this place has become one of my go-to spots, and it's not hard to see why. Walking in already feels good, it's got that warm, relaxed vibe where you immediately feel like you belong there. The staff are genuinely friendly without hovering over you, which is a balance a lot of restaurants get wrong. The pizza is the real star, though. The crust has this perfect crisp to it, the sauce tastes fresh rather than jarred, and the toppings actually feel intentional like someone gave a damn about what went on there. Nothing about it feels phoned in. What keeps me coming back is that it's consistent. The food comes out looking good, the place is clean, and the whole experience just flows. It's casual enough that you don't feel like you need a reason to go, but good enough that it still feels like a little treat every time. If you're after solid pizza and a place that actually cares about the experience from start to finish, this is it. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had amazing experiences here, great food, great service, great atmosphere. Never had any issues with the food it’s always been made right. If you go to eat here you have to try the pizza it’s absolutely amazing. Love this place and will continue to go.

“Unacceptable Experience - A Gross Violation of a dietary and Religious Belief.” I'm still fuming about my horrific experience at Crust & Bites Pizzeria 😕. Ordered two pizza 1) Classic Veggie Pizza and 2) Paneer Pizza, and to my absolute shock, I found BEEF in it 😱. Yes, you heard it right - BEEF in a paneer pizza! When I brought it to the owner's attention, he had the audacity to confirm the mistake and offer it to me for "free" 🤯. As a vegetarian with strong religious beliefs, this is not just unacceptable, it's a blatant disregard for customers' dietary needs and feelings. What hurts the most is the lack of respect and empathy shown by the owner. Instead of apologizing and taking corrective action, he thought offering a free pizza would make it all okay 🤷‍♂️. Newsflash: it's not about the free pizza, it's about the fact that you served me non-veg in a veg pizza! The apology came too late, and the damage was done. I'm extremely disappointed and will never set foot in this restaurant again. I strongly advise others to avoid Crust & Bites Pizzeria at all costs. Food safety and customer respect is a must, folks! 🚫

I went to this place with few of my friends, we ordered 2 different kinds of pizza based on very strict requirements, we told them to offer the VEGETARIAN PIZZA only. And we were served 1 pizza that had beef pieces in it. When had a conversation with the staff members, they ended agreeing on that pizza had beef in it. People with food restrictions and allergies must NOT visit this place.
