Great baguette and pastries at good prices 👍
I stumbled upon this pastry shop while traveling through Quebec City, and everything exceeded my expectations. I decided to have an almond croissant and, honestly, it was one of the best I've ever had. The croissant was perfectly flaky with a rich, creamy almond filling and a good amount of toasted almonds on top. It wasn’t squished or overfilled like at other places. Every bite was rich but delicate at the same time. The Americano I got was really good as well. It was rich and flavorful, and tasted like a high quality coffee. Bold without the bitterness. The service made the visit even more memorable. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly, took the time to explain the pastries, and even shared a bit of the shop’s history and his own background. It felt personal and genuine. This was probably one of the highlights of my trip and one of the most memorable experiences of my visit to Quebec City. Highly recommended!
