Friendly Environment, great Food and Service. James is really nice and genuine. I recommend this spot to everyone even vegans. Also ask for the spicy mayo sauce. A special mayo and siracha mix. It goes well with everything and especially the fries!

I stopped by Crazy Falafel West Island out of pure curiosity and was blown away by the experience. The staff greeted me with exceptional politeness and top-notch service from start to finish. We ordered the Crazy Pocket Poulet Saroukh, Burger Libanais, and two Falafel Pitas-every single one was packed with fresh, bold flavors and perfectly executed. The falafels were crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the poulet saroukh brought smoky, savory perfection. I'm already counting down to my next visit at the first opportunity. We don't live nearby (fortunately or unfortunately!), or I'd be a daily regulal!!. If you're in the West Island or passing by, do yourself a favor and try it-you won't regret it.

Restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. It was my first time visiting, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I ordered the 14" Rocket chicken pita trio for $13.99, and it was excellent—great portion and full of flavor.

I tired Crazy Falafel for the first time. It been open in the West for 5 month now. I must say these guys know what they are doing! Friendly great service and tasty food. If you're on the go or you're craving Lebanese fast food, this is the place for you. Reasonable prices are included! $4.99 for a burger, 5.99 for a pressed Philly cheese steak sandwich, and my favorite the chicken with frie platter which comes with coleslaw, pickles and a pita to top it off for $9.99! I will definitely be going back! You must try it out!

100% worth the hype! For $10 the Shish Taouk is FULL and taste amazing. For those who don't eat much, you can easily split one and be fully satisfied. I won't ever go back to Amir or anywhere else.
