Waited an hour for food for it to come cold and no cheese or mayo in my sandwich like I asked very disappointed but I must say the customer service was polite about the situation

I am sorry for your inconvenience and disappointment. I talked to chef. He told me that he put regular mayonnaise and Swiss cheese your sandwich normally they put yellow cheese. But my driver returned your money and additional he didn't charge your cheese sticks plates. I am again sorry for your convenience. Thanks

*update* management change, not the same owner anymore, quality dropped below zero, save your money ✌️ *Reply to owner: I've been buying the 3 and 4 piece fried chicken meals for years now. Your fried chicken is burnt and doesn't even look or feel like real chicken. It's quite sad because I used to love this restaurant.

Came home late on a Saturday night and decided to eat here because i was starving and it caught my eye the inside of the place , i went in and IMMEDIATELY got a table . I sat down , scrolled on the menu and decided the poutine was great . 5 minutes later my food was served .It was delicious, perfect temperature, perfect amount and perfect deliciousness , it was so good i ordered second’s . After my delicious dinner , i decided to get some dessert and again it was a delicious Tuxedo cake . I payed my check and left feeling full and relaxed . Highly recommend coming here with some friends cause it was really good

Amazing food ! I tried the fried chicken as a starter and it was delicious, the waiter was super polite and kind and constantly checked up on me to see if i needed anything . Service was great and the place looked really good and clean and there were a lot of TV and entertainment and there was music playing while eating . It was a nice and relaxing session and highly recommend coming here with a few friends to brunch here !

The new owner is great. The reviews from a month ago are from the old owners apparently. The lady on the phone was really nice and the delivery is very cheap. The food quality and portions are really generous. Chicken is crispy, but also juicy. I really recommend getting a desert with the meal. It was really good.
