Hello Amit , We’re sorry to hear that your service took longer than usual.Our team typically works very efficiently but on some days ,especially when there is a high volume of online orders, delays can happen . We also want to make sure that you visited the correct location - copper branch bois franc . Thank you for understanding, and we realize you re uber driver, the order was place at 11.24 and you pick up 11.46 am but you delivered to customer at 12.26 pm (45min) we truly appreciate your feedback
