This is must visit destination and get ready to leave with quite a few jars for this amazing confiture. The flavors combination will surprise you, the taste will surprise even more. I’m a jam enthusiast and have tried quite a few different in my life including those homemade by multiple grandparents and this is out of this world. It is not sweet but a pure harmony of flavors and pure joy. My third time on the island and it’s a shame that I discovered it only now. The owner of this place is a pure joy to spend a few minutes discussing his passion. Highly highly recommended!

I couldn’t wait to twist the cap and dip my fingers in. And I didn’t! I hit the caramel before we got to the car! You can see my pinkie! What a treasure! We were sad the cafe was closed when we got there and the service wasn’t as friendly as it should be, but the jam is sweet enough to make up for the sour server! My suitcase was loaded with jam! And I refuse to share!
