I was initially ready to leave a one-star review based on my past experience here. The food is ok, but nothing exceptional—so it’s important to set expectations accordingly. That said, my previous visit was significantly impacted by poor service. This time, however, the experience was completely different thanks to Victoria. She greeted us with a genuine smile, was attentive, and took the time to guide us through the menu in a very helpful and friendly manner. Her attitude and professionalism truly stood out and elevated the entire visit. In my view, the management should give her a hug and a bonus recognizing her efforts. Because of her, I’m adjusting my rating to 4 stars. Thanks Victoria for that great service!
